Currently, If a customer account is low on SMS or Email credits and they add the contact to campaign the customer doesn’t really know why the request haven’t sent. They tend to assume the system isn’t working or have errors.
While the actual reason is they are low on credits and have to purchase it first.
The idea is to show a confirmation popup screen when they’re low on credits or have no credit for either Email/SMS. Something like, you currently have 0 SMS credits/10 Email credits, which may result in failure in sending a review request.
