80% of the issue is the uploaded logo in this case 600×200 should be the content of the logo itself not white-space. We have improved the detection to provide guidance on this.
The 20% is to reduce automatic cropping to minimal and work more on guidance then just do it automatically.

@Paweł Maćkowiak the issue seems to be the huge amount of white space around the logo the platform automatically crops and removes white space 600×200 is recommended for the logo not the white space as we remove this to optimise logos for display reasons.
Please upload a logo based on the recommendations without white space a transparent png would likely provide better results.

The logo in the client's report also displays incorrectly - it is cut off without any free space.

It is not possible to add an svg file - this problem has arisen recently and all png logo files are cut off - it looks ugly!
