@Review Pulse 360˚ So if you test sending an email request you should see the limits drop across all the organisations. It’s just displayed separately.

The majority i.e. 99% sell locations not multi-organisations so the display is focused on that but the limits are for your “Customer“ not per organisation/location.

@mannie@embedmyreviews.com I understand the credits. It was not clear if the max limits were for each new organization or still the entire pool.

I appreciate your insight regarding the practices of other agencies. However, our agency distinguishes itself through a commitment to unique and premium service, which is why our clients invest significantly to collaborate with us. The "Multi-Organization" functionality within EMR is a feature we highly value and intend to utilize to its fullest potential. Please inform us if there are any plans to discontinue this feature, as we are proceeding with its integration into our premium offerings.

@Review Pulse 360˚ if there is an intention for something to be removed it is announced to everyone in the group or via the change log. I suggest subscribing to the change log to keep up with the changes:

But no this feature is NOT being removed but the priority is to keep things as simple as possible for the majority which means multi-location.

ALL limits are applied to the customer account and NOT a specific organisation, location or anything else for that matter.

This has been the case from the beginning of the platform and easily testable by sending a quick test. If you look at the limits via plan option for features are they specific to an organisation? So it does not make sense for credits to work like that either.
