have three quick questions that maybe you, or someone in the group, can help with.
Why is there no option to add a 'State' to the search query?
It seems that the only way to get the report to run is if the country code and telephone number are formatted properly, and the email address doesn't already exist within the platform (i.e., Existing Customer, Review request sent, sales agent, etc.) - is this accurate?
I have gotten the wrong Business result when searching - see image
Lastly, have you given any further thought to allowing Sales agents to add their own dedicated link to the CTA buttons - specifically for reports that are generated within Sales Intelligence
