Language is not translated on some parts on desktop when collecting reviews, but it is on mobile devices. Here are the parts that don't translates on desktop:
I believe I have been able to replicate this issue and the cause is when the agency is using a different language i.e. English but the agency customer is using another language.
Going forward forms will strictly use the customers language (if set) under Settings -> Profile.
