Hi @Goran Milic can you attach the image you tried to upload here please? I'm trying to replicate the issue and I'm wondering if it's something to do with the size/image you tried to upload.

It was just the image size causing the issue. I tried a smaller image, and it worked like a charm. Huh, why didn't I think of that sooner? Thanks.
Image size which was causing issue was around 7, 8 Mb.

Looks like an issue with large image uploads. Validation error should be thrown if the size is too big to upload.
