intel-request: Untranslated validation messages for “Business Name” and “City” fields

On the Google business search page, most of the interface is translated, but some field validation messages are still displayed in English and remain unlocalized.

The following messages are not translated:

• “business query” → 商家名稱

• “location” → 城市

These validation messages appear in English on a localized interface and use internal field names (“business query” / “location”), which may confuse users.
