Initial Google review import time varies widely (seconds → minutes)

Hi Mannie — first off, we really love the platform; it's been a genuine pleasure to build on as we get ready to go live.

One thing we're trying to understand before launch: when a new Google source is connected, the time for its reviews to first appear varies quite a bit — sometimes almost instant (~20 seconds), other times a few minutes. As far as we can tell, it doesn't seem tied to the number of reviews or the time of day.

No rush at all — we'd simply love to understand it so we can set the right expectations on our side. Is this variation expected? Is there anything that influences the initial import speed, or perhaps a way to trigger it (or know when it's finished)?
