Include specific fields on Widgets and Social Share images

I operate a local tech support business in my town, but I also serve the surrounding towns. On my testimonials form I repurposed the "Title" field and renamed it to "Town". I would like the ability to include this field's data (or any other custom field we may create and choose) on the Review Widgets and the Social Share images. For example, this is important for me in particular because it adds a bit more credibility to the reviews when people see that these reviews are coming from their neighbors or people in nearby towns.
