I’d like to suggest an improvement to the “Get More Reviews > Invites” view.
At the moment, there is no global visibility over imported contacts once a campaign is launched. After uploading a contact list, especially at scale, users lose almost all control and visibility over what is actually happening. There is no consolidated view showing who has already been contacted, who has not yet been contacted, who has opened the request, and who has not.
This makes it very difficult, and in some cases impossible, to properly monitor, audit, or control campaigns, particularly when they are running over long periods of time.
This view is critical for understanding the real status of an active or paused campaign, yet today it lacks the basic tools required for analysis and follow up.
Ideally, this interface should include filters such as:
contacted vs not contacted
opened vs not opened
status by channel (SMS, email, etc.)
If advanced filtering is not feasible in the short term, a minimum and essential improvement would be the ability to export the full dataset from this view into an Excel or CSV file. This would at least restore basic visibility and allow users to analyze campaigns and work on remaining contacts externally.
Concrete example: a list of 3,000 contacts is imported, with invitations scheduled at a rate of 20 per day, meaning the campaign runs for about five months. Once the campaign is launched, there is currently no clear way to see which contacts have already been contacted and which are still pending. This lack of visibility makes long running campaigns extremely hard to manage and risky to operate.
