Hide SMS Option in Campaign if not allowed in custom plan

If a custom plan doesn’t allow sending SMS, give option to hide SMS option completely in campaign setting.

It is beneficial for agency owners who don’t offer SMS feature at all to their customer. It prevent customers from seeing this unnecessary option & get confused.

In many regions SMS is nowhere near emails or whatsapp and not converting at all.

So, this will give those agency owners a option to hide this feature.
