Give customers SMS survey, then (based on satisfaction) ask for review on Google

So I got my oil change at the dealership and they sent me a survey through SMS asking how I would rate the quality and the person who helped me from one to five. I answered everything to be good, and at the very end of the survey SMS messages, it gives me a link to this! (Image below) ![](http://roadmap.embedmyreviews.com/storage/yuHAYB2qWl4UMES3wfGyRWBaMhzX72g3nhs894tq.png) I'm assuming that since all my answers were 5's meaning excellent, it automatically created this link for me to click on and add an actual public review, right? Assumingly if the text messages were all 1's for poor service, it probably wouldn't ask me to leave a public review on these platforms. I was wondering, is that something possible at some point with the text messaging? For anyone who's curious, this is what my text messages look like and the very last message they sent. ![](http://roadmap.embedmyreviews.com/storage/37XAy56y8Jo8pawwDVcp8QCTfo11BWas1ZXzXtQ8.png)
