GHL Integration

I agree @Endymion Cheung , @mannie@embedmyreviews.com this makes things easier for us as many agencies use GHL to automate their customers’ businesses. Basically if this were a native app we could easily spawn review request actions from our automations without relying on a 3d party integrator like zapier or pabbly. I suppose we could use webhooks as well? But bi-directional sync on this would be great too because we want to make sure that if a customer does click options to leave a review, we are not double-spamming them. Similary - if we re-activate a customer, we can take customer out of the already reviewed status and ask again (in case they want to leave a different review at a different platform)

@mannie@embedmyreviews.com My goal is to have EMR to replace the reputation management part from the GHL, ideally the native integration would be an app in the GHL market place (like screenshot below), so we can just install EMR into the GHL user account, rather than us doing the webhooks.

At the moment with the current EMR webhooks, there is no way we can locate the business’s customer to send to GHL as a contact, and vice versa. Fields that we will need to locate a contact a record typically is email address, phone number.

@Endymion interested but integrate what exactly in GHL? Can you explain how this integration should work?

Would be happy to integrate this but a bit confused on how this should work with EMR.
