Get the reviews VIEW COUNT data into EMR

At the fifth meeting of the EMR community, on October 8, 2025 (recording timestamp 1:01:13), Robert presented a very good idea: to show the number of views of the reviews for potential clients that “don’t get it“. This would make business owners aware that the reviews actually receive more views than they might think, thus emphasizing the importance of managing online reputation.

I think this development will be impossible due to the additional load it would place on the infrastructure (a.k.a. costs), but I'm making this post anyway (you never know!).

To see the views that each review has, we have to enter the reviewer's profile (dang!), look for the specific review (dang!), it only works on mobile (dang!), and it has to be via the Google Maps app (dang!).

Below are images showing the number of views (you need to enter the profile of the reviewer and search for the specific review that you want to see the view count).

I upvoted this as well. We can still devise a way to incorporate this into our sales pitch when presenting to a potential client. We can consider including it in a playbook or presentation when demonstrating to the client why this is important. Let’s discuss this more in the Skool community so more can get the value out of it.@Leandro Teixeira

I upvoted, but I also think like you that this is nearly impossible to do .
