Hello, I scheduled a test campaign to send only from 07:00 UTC to 07:15 UTC (see screenshot). It is currently 20:24 UTC (see screenshot).
I added test contacts to the campaign and they were invited immediately, outside of the scheduled time indicated.

    This is by design when sending invites send-now will override you have the option to switch off:
