Geogrid scan scheduling ignores selected timezone (runs 2h early)

Scheduled geogrid scans run 2 hours earlier than the configured time window. The selected timezone (Europe/Paris) seems to be ignored and the window is applied as UTC.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open "Schedule automated scans"

2. Set timezone to Paris and a time window (e.g. 11:00 to 12:00)

3. Save and wait for the next scheduled run

Expected: scan runs between 11:00 and 12:00 Paris time.
Actual: last scan ran at 09:00 Paris time (2h offset, matching UTC vs CEST).
