Gamify Review Collection with a Staff Leaderboard (auto-detect names from reviews)

Add a staff leaderboard that automatically detects team-member names from incoming reviews and ranks staff by “mentions”, average reviewer rating, and a configurable score. This gives venues (e.g., restaurants) a simple way to recognise and reward staff who drive reviews - boosting review volume and quality, and giving us a compelling feature to win and retain accounts.
