Gamify Review Collection with a Staff Leaderboard (auto-detect names from reviews)
Add a staff leaderboard that automatically detects team-member names from incoming reviews and ranks staff by “mentions”, average reviewer rating, and a configurable score. This gives venues (e.g., restaurants) a simple way to recognise and reward staff who drive reviews - boosting review volume and quality, and giving us a compelling feature to win and retain accounts.

Would love a staff leaderboard and a way to associate a review with an employee if the platform couldn’t do it automatically (or if a review didn’t call out a name)

We already have ways to do this on EMR, but without the flashy visuals.
We can create a QR code for each employee. We just need something like this to properly analyse the performance. It’s less beautiful but more flexible, and the attribution to the correct employee is more reliable and cost effective than detecting names from the reviews.
If we want to use emails and SMS instead, create a campaign for each employee and a dedicated opt-in form associated with each employee's campaign. You’ll see the performance per staff member just like in the image below.

Upvoted, but this should come with an option to enable/disable at the client end, because not suitable for all industries.
