Free Plan: unable to do anything

I really like the fact that the Subscriptions page pops up when you log into an account with an expired plan. In my case, when a paid plan expires, the account reverts over to our ‘free’ plan which does actually have some included features. However the user is unable to access any of those included features despite being subscribed to this free (“Lite”) plan. If they try to click to manage their reviews for example (allowed in the subscribed free plan shown in the screenshot), it just immediately redirects to this subscription page.
