Form deep link to Google

I use “deep link” so people go directly to the form to write a review, on a computer this is not a problem, but on a smartphone you never get directly to the form to write your review. Here is a sample link: https://app.meer.reviews/review/de-peerdestal

Through the computer you get the form from Google, on the smartphone you have to click further? How can I solve this?
