Follow-up Email / Sms sequences for Review Request

1) If customers have not left a review or given feedback , automatically initiate a follow up email / sms reminder requesting them to do so. 2) This can also be for cases where customers have not opened an email or have not clicked any star / thumbs icon Such follow-ups can definitely get more reviews for the businesses.
