Sometimes a customer is such a huge fan of a business, that they’d be happy to leave reviews on multiple platforms. At the moment, when the customer clicks on the “Review us on [platform]” button in the Feedback Form, it takes them to that platform but the Feedback Form resolves to a thank you page with no ability to go back (even the browser Back button doesn’t work). My suggestion is to change the final thank you page to include “Thank you, and please consider reviewing us on these additional platforms” messaging. Or something to that effect.
