Just checked this for you. I see that you added an A record for the root domain but did not add the second CNAME record for the www version of the domain.
If you can delete both domains from the platform (not the A record) and go through the wizard again and then make sure the CNAME record is created.
Please let me know once done and I'll make sure the SSL certificate is generated.

Thanks for looking into this. It showed that I did have the CNAME in my Namecheap DNS record, but I removed it and reentered it.
Click on the lookup DNS button. You can see no records exist. This is because I believe you should create a record for just www not the full domain (like your screenshot). Not sure why NameCheap allow this but I have seen this quite often with this DNS provider it creates a lot of confusion.
