I've had issues connecting to a FB page before, with another app. Turns out, my Facebook account didn't have the correct permissions. Check the steps below.
Log into your Business Page account.
Click on the name of your Business Page at the top left.
Select the "Manage" button at the top right.
Choose "Page access" from the left menu.
If you're not listed as someone with Facebook access, request someone who has access to add your personal account.
To add you, they need to log in with their personal account, follow these steps, and select "Add new."
If they can't find your account, they must first remove you from the Business Manager account, then add you to the Facebook access list. You can be re-added to the Business Manager immediately afterward.
