Hey @Mannie Gill , this is the issue that we were talking about the other day on the call in relation to some sources not updating correctly or in a timely fashion. This example is with Facebook, but I have noticed it on Google as well, that it takes a while to refresh the live review from Google. I mentioned the only way to solve this was to disconnect and reconnect the source to get it to update.
So I have attached the Facebook reviews page for the client, and then also what it shows in the reviews page in the platform. You can see there is a major inconsistency, being that the last review recorded on EMR was on the 2nd of August. However, on the Facebook page, there have been nine more reviews since then, and these aren't updated.
