Export campaign activity to CSV

Some clients find it very useful to export historical campaign activity for their own analysis & tagging in their various CRM platforms.

At the campaign & account request reviews levels, there would be a dropdown for export with a date range picker, allowing a user to export all activity in those date ranges.

The export would also include the analytics mentioned in another feature request, so we can tell which users opened / clicked / viewed / etc.
