It’s important to display at least a snippet of text from the review so that the (+) sign is noticeable and makes sense.
I remember the first time I accessed this window, it took me quite some time to figure out that the (+) sign was intended for viewing the review.
I immediately thought it was a bug because, logically, if there's anything we expect to see in a window dedicated to responding to a review, it is the review itself!
If it’s not possible to resolve the review text issue as suggested by @NEXUS or by me, then alternative solutions must be found. This is a usability crime that I overlooked because I'm already used to it.

As for changing the width or height, that request was previously rejected, so it may not be feasible.
