Exact Review Count & Score on the Dashboard and widgets

It would be great if the score & review count on EMR could be read directly from the Channel, I believe it is currently set based on the number of reviews imported from the channel.

It would build trust of the businesses that they can rely on the review scores from the platform, currently they question as the score and review count on EMR is different from the front end of the channel.

The business also feels that their guests might not trust their widgets if there is discrepancy between the review count and scores, usually for hotels customers check all these websites before booking a hotel.
