"Entity: default location" in approval emails

Here, this phrasing doesn't work: "Entité: Lieu par défaut". I don't know how it sounds in English → , but for a client it seems weird. I think it's a string related to the dashboard, as I can't find it in PoEditor. Perhaps we could replace it with:

1. Regarding... followed by the establishment name in the dashboard when the organization has multiple entities. For example → “Regarding Soho” if they have a store in the Soho neighborhood.

2. Remove this phrase when the organization has only one entity.

Would this be possible?
