Email / SMS Campaign Analytics

Right now the visibility on campaign success is very limited. This feature would include the following metrics:

1. Deliverability %

2. Email Opens / Open Rate

3. Form Clicks

4. What they clicked

5. # Emails / SMS sent

These metrics would be available on the campaign & customer level. For example, I could see which individuals received, opened, visited the feedback link (sms), clicked a link, and what they clicked.
