Email Collection Before Directed To Review Site(s)

Add an option to collect customer data information such as;
Email
Mobile
DOB
etc

So we can connect it to systems like Mail chimp for our customers to collect email lists etc for retargeting.

This would improve saleability and give us an additional feature to sell on higher plans.
