Email campaigns - Request tab

It seems like there is a lot going on in this section, and this feature will likely be more feature-rich and polished in future versions. Nonetheless, I have observed a few things while testing it that I will add here: 1. Obviously dashboard should show more data than number of email requests. 2. While a certain campaign is using an email template, when this template is updated, the email is not automatically updated in the campaign itself. This may be how it is supposed to work, but it still seems odd. 3. Some of the placeholders were not working for me. The location name and unsubscribe URL did not function correctly. When attempting to unsubscribe, the link transferred me to the main domain's error page, which revealed the whitelabel. 4. Review_page placeholder also did not work inside of a button. Maybe it would work just as a link, I will test it out. 5. Send - tab inside of campaigns was a bit confusing because I needed to decrease time frame in order to have emails sent. How much time should pass from adding customer to the customer list before system will send email request? 6. Reminders are nice but we should be able to define if they should be sent when previous email is opened or clicked. How does it work now? 7. Reminders can not be edited just deleted. 8. Save end test inside of email in the campaign never sends test email. The good thing is that all emails went to the inbox during testing, even when I used some image personalization. The email builder is very easy to use and useful. The entire concept behind campaigns it is very nice and designed to be future-proof. We could set up a campaign and then simply add customers to the appropriate list for automatic review generation. What factors are taken into account for the deliverability of emails? What aspects are under our control, those of the platform, and what depends on the clients?
