Email & SMS for Review Requests AND Reminders

There should be an option to create campaigns which simultaneously utilize both email and SMS. The current review platform I'm using, tokenizes and inserts generic short URLs in the SMS (to conserve SMS characters) which are then used to track recipients actions.
