Drop down field to mark reviews as 'responded'

One big downside of EMR right now is that there is no way of knowing if a review has been responded to (except if they reply to the google ones in the platform, all other sites, such as trip advisor etc, there is no way of knowing). So whilst it is not ideal, at least a drop down, where you can mark reviews as 'responded, do not respond, attention needed' etc would go some way to alleviate this.
