DNS Traceability Issue with Our White-Label Implementation

I am writing to report a bug regarding our implementation of EmbedMyReviews. We have identified that our implementation is traceable back to EMR via DNS lookups, specifically through CNAME records pointing to domains explicitly associated with EMR’s infrastructure (e.g., “lbk.app.embedmyreviews.com”)

    Just point to the IP instead, then: 49.13.0.216 as an A record. Not going to be spending time hiding EMR at this level. Someone can still trace via IP.

    If you have clients that have this level of technical ability, nothing will stop them from finding the source eventually. I can pretty much tell any white label platform that people send me links to.
