Disabling Testimonial Integration.

Disabling the testimonial integration does not affect previously created review request forms. This means that when Testimonial is disconnected as an integration, it will still appear in the previously created forms but cannot be added to new ones. Although this may not be a direct bug, it could potentially cause errors in the future. This is something I noticed during testing.
