Direct Integration for ClickSend SMS Gateway

Would love to see a native ClickSend integration option into the SMS provider settings using their standard API (API Username & API Key).

Very easy to set up. I use it for sms notifications to clients.

Hoping to see this added as it would save me from having bravo aswell
