Deletion of Private Feedback

Implement a feature that allows users to delete private feedback received on the platform. This feedback currently includes sensitive information such as names and email addresses, which can be accessed under the “Get More Reviews” section -> “Private Feedback.”

Justification:

  • GDPR Privacy Concerns: Users need to remove feedback that contains personal information to enhance data privacy and compliance with regulations.

      Sure, but this does not mean we are not compliant. As long as the data is removed when requested we are compliant. GDPR does not require a delete button for everything. In this case we will add it but I see a lot of confusion when it comes to compliance.
