Custom Source not showing under Review Site Distribution in Feedback Form Builder (Multi-location)

When adding a custom source, the custom source does not show on the review site distribution options to select/deselect to include the custom source as an option for the user to choose from.

This issue only appears to happen with multi-location custom sources.
