Custom CSS for entire white-label website

Feature Request

Surprised this hasn’t been requested before. It would be great to have a field for Custom CSS that would apply to every page on the white-labeled website. Currently there is only a custom code field, but it doesn’t place the code in the header like CSS should be.

    Also we need Google Tag Manager code (for pixel tracking) to be placed into the header too. Maybe this can be combined or rolled in?
