CSV import error if header name doesn't match the mapping

Right now the CSV review importing tool throws an error if the column header in your CSV files does not match the field you map it to. Example (image): name column header must be Author or author for the CSV to get accepted. Defeats the purpose of the mapping step. Same with all columns.
