Creating Customer (Invitee) for direct url visits

The idea is to create a customer automatically if a user directly visits feedback form url and name, email, or number etc., parameters presents in the url.

Use case?
If our client using feedback form url directly into their system, then they can track review activity of their customers, same as other invited customers.

I’m not sure, technically it’s possible or not, just sharing an idea to explore possibilities around it.
