Create customer, "send invite" unabled, triggers invitation email
When creating customer manually by following the instructions https://www.embedmyreviews.com/help/agency/managing-customers. Not toggling “Send invite” on → hitting the “Create” button, triggers and invitation letter to the customer.

Welcome emails are different. Those are managed via Agency → Transactional Emails. The send invites button sends a username and password via email.

Got it. Perhaps to add one more step to the instructions to make it even clearer? Something like:
“Optionally toggle on the send invite option. It will send an email to your customer with login instructions. Note: A welcome email is automatically triggered once you create a customer. These welcome emails are managed via Agency → Transactional Emails. The send invites button specifically sends a username and password via email.”
