Copy Campaign -» "Upgrade to Unlock" Message Appears

When attempting to copy a campaign on a Customer Impersonation, a notification is displayed stating: "Upgrade to Unlock." I also tested this by logging in directly with the customer's email and password, and the outcome is the same.

I consider this a minor issue for now because everything functions smoothly when done through the Agency backend.

After examining the customer’s plan, I noticed that all available features are activated. However, there is no setting option to enable or disable this specific feature. I also tested it with other clients on different plans, and the outcome remains consistent.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Impersonate or access a customer account.

  2. Navigate to the campaigns section.

  3. Select a campaign to copy.

  4. Attempt to initiate the copy action.

Expected Result: The campaign copying process should start, as the customer has access to all features according to their current plan.

Actual Result: A message stating "Upgrade to Unlock" appears, preventing the copy action.
