Confusion in Sales Intelligence Reports

When a report is generated for “Starbucks Coffee - KITTE Marunouchi”, there are spots where I’m confused.

1. At the beginning of the report, it says the business is ranked #13. However, it appears as the champion on the summary page, although it says “And right now, it’s not you.” It’s contradicting.

2. In the “The Champion vs. The Challenger”, it shows the champion GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS has a trust score 98/100. However, under Top Competitor Analysis, it shows 0/3 for AI Visibility. Based on how the Trust Score is calculated, 10 points should have been automatically deducted. The Trust Score 98/100 is not accurate in this case.
   

   

3. Under Your Market Leadership, apparently, “Starbucks Coffee - KITTE Marunouchi” is not a leader in any of the three metrics. However, it still shows “⬆Leading”. It’s contradicting.

4. Under Top Competitor Analysis, while it says “See how you compare to the businesses dominating Google Maps in your area” in the subtitle, it only shows competitors ranked from #15 to #18, not the “dominators” as addressed in the subtitile.

The Reports feature may be a very powerful sales tool if it could be more self-explanatory. What I’m mentioning above are the FAQs from my clients.
