Client onboarding email when they sign up
An automated onboarding series of emails would be very helpful when clients sign up. To start with, it could be one email to confirm the account has been opened and a brief guide to the first steps they need to take. In the future, you can expand.

I don’t think this is “Completed”? There is one email that goes out automatically, but it’s not a series, and not specifically for onboarding.

@Billy Webhooks are provided already a series of emails takes us down a road that I don’t think we have time for now. Maybe in future but at the moment our focus is core review management features.

@Billy also the email content can be changed this was marked as completed because we introduced an initial email when the customer signs-up. It’s up to you what content is sent over in that email.
If you need something more advanced i.e. a sequence then you can do this easily outside the system for now.
