checkbox phrases for reviews

Often users don't know what's to write, and therefore they maybe have a lot of other review mails from other shops etc. in their mailbox. It would be a time saver when the review person could choose from pre-defined (positive) answers and hit send. [] Everything was handled perfectly [] I will shop next time here again [] etc.... pre-defined answers would be also good to see sentiment in a dashboard :-)
