When a user just attempts to leave a review by clicking the 5-star on our feedback form, and does not leave a review on Google or any other review site.
Even in that scenario, they are giving their valuable rating to the respective company, and we can retain it as internal feedback/testimonial review and increase the total review count to display in various widgets.
The idea is to give this option at the customer account level to enable the capturing of review attempts as a testimonial review.
In industries where customers are limited counting even an attempt as a review will help those organizations increase their review count. Along with that, it will give them more clear vision on which of their customers are happy with their services even if they donβt leave an actual review.
