Campaigns CSV upload: automate 1- requirement for USA

Fair or not, most US customers are not aware that their country code is 1. As a result, it is very unusual in the United State to pre-pend phone numbers with a 1.
I know it indicates this requirement in the CSV upload instructions, but I’m wondering if we could automate this when it detects US phone number format (###) ###-####
