[bug] Prevent Negative Reviews Option

When we setup trial for a client with feedback form setup via blueprint and later the client opt for lower tier plan which doesn't include the "Negative review prevent" feature, the feedback form still operates with this functionality untill we/user manually disable it via feedback form setting.
