When both SMS and email options are checked in a campaign, the review request is sent simultaneously via SMS and email if we have both pieces of information for the same contact, which could be perceived as overbearing or even a form of harassment.
I think it would be interesting to be able to program the following workflow:
You only have an email π send an email
You only have a mobile phone number π send an SMS
But if you have both π First send an email, then wait for x days, then maybe send another email, wait for x more days, and if you haven't seen a click on the link, then send an SMS, for example.
Of course, additional rules could be added regarding future channels, starting with WhatsApp.
